Aquarium at the Boardwalk is one of the newest things to do in Branson, Missouri, and is unlike any other aquarium you’ve visited. First hint – the massive octopus sculpture that greets guests at the front door. It’s modeled after Aquarius, a Giant Pacific Octopus and one of the Aquarium’s exclusive characters. Q. Is the aquarium handicap accessible?

A. Yes! The attraction meets ADA requirements.

Q. Do you rent wheelchairs or scooters?

A. We don’t currently have wheelchairs or scooters for rent, but you’re welcome to visit with your own. The attraction is accessible for both.

Q. Are tickets available at the door?

A. Yes, tickets for the next available date and time may be purchased at the Box Office. To choose what’s most convenient for you, we recommend pre-purchasing online. If you have specific ticket questions, please reach out to us at aq@aquariumattheboardwalk.com.

Q. Are you limited on time once you get into the Aquarium?

A. Once you enter at the time stated on your ticket, there is no limit on the length of time that you can enjoy the experience. So, no need to rush!

Q. Do you sell Gift Cards or Tickets that aren’t date & time specific?

A. We don’t currently have gift cards or date/time optional tickets. It’s a popular request, and we’re looking into it for the future. Thanks!

Q. Are strollers allowed in the aquarium? Do you rent them?

Yes, the attraction is accessible for strollers. We don’t currently rent them, but you’re welcome to visit with your own.

Q. Are there any age restrictions for activities at the aquarium?

Just one. The Submarine Adventure is a 5D ride with loud, fun action and intense seat motion. Lap sitting is not permitted. For children ages 3-4 to ride, we do require Guests to bring in their own strollers with a secure seat belt or harness. We’re sorry but children under 3 are not able to ride.

Q. Do you have a lost and found?

A. Yes, we do. If you’ve lost something, please reach out to us at aq@aquariumattheboardwalk.com with the date and time you visited and a description of the item.

Q. Do you have discounts for Local Residents?

A. Yes! Please click into the shopping cart from the Local Residents section of our Tickets Page.

Q. Do you offer Military discounts?

A. We’re proud to provide discounts to active duty service members, reservists, veterans and their families. Please click into the shopping cart from the Military Personnel section of our Tickets Page.

Q. Do you have special rates for groups?

A. Yes, we do! Parties of 15 or more can receive a discount by purchasing their tickets through our group tickets page. Non-profit organizations with a tax ID number can receive group discounts for parties of 15 or more through our non-profit groups ticket page.

Q. How can I reach the Aquarium by phone?

A. We appreciate every inquiry and are happy to assist you. Our Guest Service Representative is available from 10 am to 6 pm CST daily, except while on another call. Q. Are you open on holidays?

A. Yes! We’re open 365 days a year. Check here for our hours.

Q. Do you have concessions/food at the aquarium?

A. In our Treasure Trove Gift Shop, we have a wall of Coral Reef Sweets, with more than 70 kinds of candy. In the future, we plan to add concessions that might include items such as fresh pretzels, soft serve ice cream, funnel cakes, or other tasty treats. When you visit, please take our survey, located next to the Touch Pools, to help us decide which concessions to include.

Q. Do you have parking?

A. Sure do and it’s free! Our lot is accessible from Glory Road or Wildwood Drive.

Q. Do we need reservations?

A. All tickets for the Aquarium are sold for specific entry times. Though you don’t need reservations and can purchase tickets at the Box Office, we recommend pre-purchasing online to get the day and time that works best for you.
